The German Ice Hockey Championship in 1921 was the fifth edition of these championships .

All amateur teams of the German Ice Skating Association (DEV) were eligible to play, but not more than two teams from one town or district. It was originally planned to be held in Berlin. Finally, the only championship game was played on the Riessersee near Garmisch-Partenkirchen .
The game took place on February 27, 1921.
