mode
In contrast to the previous year, the mode has been changed extensively. The preliminary round was played in two groups, the South group with five and the West group with six teams, in the form of a single round, so that each club played one home and one away game against the other teams in its own group. The clubs then qualified for the final round in places 1 to 3 from the south and places 1 and 2 from the west. The last of the group west had to defend his starting place in the top division in the relegation against the winner of the promotion round north. In the group south there was no relegation game due to the increase to six participants, the winner of the promotion group south rose directly to the league.
