The 5th European Ice Hockey Championship took place for the third time in Germany . The tournament was held in Berlin from February 25 to 27, 1914 . Participants were the teams from Bohemia , Belgium and Germany. Bohemia won its second European title; if you add the canceled EM of 1912, it was the third championship. Defending champions Belgium lost both of their games. Bohemia's Jaroslav Jirkosvký was the top scorer of the tournament with seven goals.
