The 7th European Ice Hockey Championship took place in Switzerland for the second time . The tournament was held in St. Moritz from March 14 to 16, 1922 . This year three teams took part again; Participants were the teams from Czechoslovakia , Sweden and the host country Switzerland. The title was won by Czechoslovakia, which - if the victories of Bohemia are included - achieved their third European championship (even fourth in 1912). They returned the favor with a 3-2 for the defeat they suffered against the Swedes last year .
