Werner Klütsch

Werner Klütsch (born January 15, 1924 in Wetzdorf ) is a former German functionary of the GDR block party DBD . He was chairman of the Gera district board of the DBD and a member of the People's Chamber of the GDR.

Life

Klütsch, the son of a farm laborer, attended elementary school in Wetzdorf and trained in agriculture between 1938 and 1940. In 1940/1941 he attended the winter school in Camburg . In 1941/1942 he completed an agricultural apprenticeship in Lichterfelde near Osterburg. On September 1, 1942, he joined the NSDAP . From 1942 he did military service and was taken prisoner of war . From 1949 to 1955 Klütsch worked as a tractor driver in the machine-tractor station Schkölen (Eisenberg district). In 1951 he took part in a special course for animal breeding in Beinrode . In 1956 he qualified as a state-certified farmer and from 1955 was second chairman of the LPG “XIX. Party Congress of the CPSU ”in Arnstadt .

In 1950 Klütsch joined the DBD. In 1951 he became a member of the FDGB , the Association of Mutual Peasant Aid and the Society for German-Soviet Friendship . 1952/1953 he was district chairman of the DBD in Eisenberg , member of the district assembly and the council of the district Eisenberg. From 1952 to 1954 he acted as second chairman and 1954/1955 as acting chairman of the district executive committee Gera of the DBD. In 1954 he became a member of the Gera District Assembly and a member of the Standing Commission for Agriculture. From 1957 Klütsch was city councilor and member of the city council of Arnstadt as well as a member of the district secretariat and the district executive committee of Arnstadt of the DBD. From 1958 to 1963 he was a member of the People's Chamber and a member of the Grace Committee, from 1963 a member of the Erfurt District Assembly .
