Wiederfeld is a village and a cadastral municipality in the municipality of Waidhofen an der Thaya-Land in the Waidhofen an der Thaya district in Lower Austria .

Settlement development

At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there were a total of 17 building areas with 10,735 m² and 28 gardens on 10,465 m² in the cadastral municipality of Wiederfeld , in 1989/1990 there were 18 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had grown to 62 and in 2009/2010 there were 23 buildings on 55 building areas.

Land use

The cadastral community is characterized by agriculture. 148 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of the year 1979/1980 and 44 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000 agriculture was carried out on 125 hectares and 66 hectares were designated as areas used for forestry. At the end of 2018, 118 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 67 hectares. The average soil climate in Wiederfeld is 23 (as of 2010).
