Wilhelm Kulemann (politician)
Wilhelm Kulemann (born September 9, 1851 in Gandersheim , † April 6, 1926 in Braunschweig ) was a lawyer and member of the German Reichstag .
Life
Kulemann attended elementary school in Lutter am Barenberge and the grammar school in Blankenburg am Harz. He then studied law at the Universities of Göttingen and Berlin . The first legal exam he completed in November 1872, the second in 1876. He found a job as a district court secretary with the title assessor in Gandersheim on April 1, 1877 and became a district judge there on October 1, 1879. On May 1, 1882 he was appointed as a district judge Braunschweig moved. Between 1900 and 1905 he was chairman of the Free Evangelical Central Committee.
From 1887 to 1890 he was a member of the German Reichstag for the constituency of the Duchy of Braunschweig 3 ( Holzminden , Gandersheim ) and the National Liberal Party .
