Wilhelm Topsch

Wilhelm Topsch (born July 8, 1941 in Dauba ) is a German educator and writer .

Life

Wilhelm Topsch completed an apprenticeship in electrical engineering in Düsseldorf ; from 1959 to 1963 he worked as a telecommunications worker. He also attended evening school and then studied in Essen for teaching at primary and secondary schools . In 1967 he passed the first and in 1969 the second state examination. From 1967 to 1970 he worked as a teacher . He then continued his studies in the fields of education , psychology and journalism continued and received his doctorate in 1975 at the University of Bochum for Doctor of Philosophy . From 1970 to 1977 Topsch was a research assistant at the Pedagogical Institute of the University of Bochum . From 1977 he was a professor at the University of Kassel , and from 1980 he was a professor at the University of Oldenburg . Topsch, who has now retired, lives in Oldenburg .

In addition to numerous specialist books on educational topics, Wilhelm Topsch also wrote books for children and young people .
