William T. "Will" Tukuafu (born January 3, 1984 ) is an American American football player. He plays in the position of fullback , most recently for the Seattle Seahawks in the National Football League (NFL). He is currently a free agent .

Seattle Seahawks

On June 9, 2010, the Seattle Seahawks engaged the free agent Tukuafu. He was released on June 22, 2010.

San Francisco 49ers

On August 12, 2010, he was hired as a defensive lineman by the San Francisco 49ers for their practice squad , before the 49ers promoted him to the main squad on December 18. On March 8, 2012, the San Francisco 49ers extended Tukuafu's contract for two years. Since the 2013 season , the 49ers have been using Tukuafu more and more as fullbacks. On August 30, 2013, Tukuafu was placed on the Injured Reserve List due to injury . Tukuafu was released on September 10, but Tukuafu was re-engaged by the 49ers on December 18.

Seattle Seahawks

On October 29, 2014, the Seahawks signed Tukuafu again after Fullback Derrick Coleman was injured. On April 1, 2015, the Seahawks extended Tukuafu's contract for one year. On November 15, 2015, he scored the first touchdown of his career in the game against the Arizona Cardinals . On August 21, 2016, he was re-engaged by the Seahawks. He was released on September 3, 2016. On September 13, 2016 he was signed again. Tukuafu was released eight days later. On October 26, 2016, he was signed again. After suffering a concussion , he was placed on the Injured Reserve List in mid-December . After the season he became a free agent .
