Willi Wigold (born December 10, 1909 in Düsseldorf , † November 28, 1944 ) was a German football player .

National team

Wiggers played four international matches for the senior national team , for which he made his debut on December 4, 1932 in Düsseldorf in the 2-0 defeat against the national team of the Netherlands . He scored his first two international goals on October 22, 1933 in an 8-1 victory over the Belgian national team in Duisburg with the 3-0 and 6-0 goals in the 47th and 56th minutes.

With the senior national team , he did qualify for the 1934 World Cup in Italy , but was not nominated for the World Cup. The last time he played for Germany was on March 11, 1934, at 9-1 in Luxembourg, where he also scored his last goal.
