William Júnior Salles de Lima Souza (born May 14, 1983 in Rolândia , Brazil ) is a Brazilian football player .
Career
Williams began his career in 2001 at Santos FC , he was under contract for four years. In 2004 he was signed by the South Korean club Ulsan Hyundai . After his contract expired in 2005, he moved to the Portuguese club Boavista Porto . In 2006 and 2007 he was back in Brazil with Coritiba FC and Fortaleza EC . His next stop was the French club EA Guingamp .
On August 25, 2008, he signed a contract with the Brazilian club Avaí FC . He was loaned to Grêmio Porto Alegre in January 2010. On June 24, 2010 it was awarded to AA Ponte Preta . For the 2011 season he returned to Avaí FC and played his 100th game for the club on October 16, 2011.
In January 2012 Atlético Goianiense offered him a contract, which he accepted. He made his debut against Goianésia EC at the Goiás State Championship . He scored his first goal in the state championship game against AA Aparecidense . However, his ligament tore and the contract was terminated after six months. He received a new offer from AA Ponte Preta and EC Vitória . He accepted the offer of the EC Vitória association; He made his debut on August 11, 2013. In 2014 he was loaned from al-Khor SC . He has been back under contract with Avaí FC since 2015.
