Winneconne is located in eastern Wisconsin, between Lake Polygan and Lake Butte des Morts and on both sides of the Wolf River, which connects the two lakes . This is a tributary of the Fox River, which flows into Lake Michigan around 90 km northeast . The geographical coordinates of Winneconne are 44 ° 06'39 "north latitude and 88 ° 42'45" west longitude.
