Reviews

Harald Keller wrote in his book Angelina Jolie that the film was a “ low-budget production with a decidedly political objective ”.

Christopher Null scoffed at www.filmcritic.com that the only reason anyone would watch the film was because there was a large photo of Angelina Jolie on the DVD case. However, she only appears after an hour of the film.

background

The film is based on a true story. It was shot in Florida and Oregon . The original film version - which received good reviews in industry magazines - was heavily modified before it was widely released.
