The Lublin Voivodeship ( pl .: Województwo lubelskie ) was a Polish administrative unit from 1975 to 1998 , which was merged with the Chełm , Zamość , Biała Podlaska Voivodeships and parts of the Tarnobrzeg and Siedlce Voivodships in today's Lublin Voivodeship as part of an administrative reform . The capital was Lublin .
