The Rawa Voivodeship (Polish Województwo rawskie ) was an administrative unit in the First Republic of Poland . It existed from 1462 to 1793 and was dissolved in the course of the partitions of Poland .

The territory of the Rawa Voivodeship was located in the west of the historical Mazovia region . The administrative seat was the city ​​of the same name . It was divided into six districts and had up to 138,700 inhabitants. One of its most important centers was the city of Kutno .
