The Wolfgang Meyer sports facility is a competition venue in Hamburg . It is located in the district of Eimsbüttel in the Stellingen district and is a venue for Hamburger SV , where the first women's team ( women's Bundesliga ) played until it was canceled from the Bundesliga . Since the beginning of the 2013/14 season, the second HSV team , which had previously competed in Norderstedt's Edmund-Plambeck Stadium , has been playing on the sports facility. It offers space for 2018 spectators, with events with 3527 visitors also taking place.

The facility is located on Hagenbeckstrasse and in the middle of an allotment garden colony . There are other sports facilities in the immediate vicinity: the Sportwerk Hamburg squash facility , the Stellingen cycling track and the Grün-Weiss Eimsbüttel tennis facility .

On April 6, 2013, the German National Rugby Union team won an international match against Sweden 73:17 in front of 3527 spectators .

In the 2019/20 season, the final of the Hamburg Cup took place at the Wolfgang Meyer sports facility, which Eintracht Norderstedt won 5-1 against TSV Sasel . However, as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic , no spectators were allowed to participate in the game.
