Wultschau is a village and a cadastral community in the municipality of Moorbad Harbach in the Gmünd district in Lower Austria .

Settlement development

At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there were a total of 51 building areas with 26,736 m² and 36 gardens on 8,662 m² in the cadastral community of Wultschau, in 1989/1990 there were 50 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had grown to 213 and in 2009/2010 there were 104 buildings on 203 building areas.

Agriculture

The cadastral community is characterized by agriculture. 348 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of 1979/1980 and 255 hectares were forest-managed forest areas. In 1999/2000 agriculture was carried out on 314 hectares and 280 hectares were designated as areas used for forestry. At the end of 2018, 300 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 285 hectares. The average soil climate in Wultschau is 20.3 (as of 2010).
