Yang Mingxi (born January 4, 1993 ) is a Chinese ice hockey player who has been playing for the amateur club from Qiqihar again since 2018 .

Career

Yang Mingxi began his career as a hockey player with the Qiqihar amateur club, for which he made his debut in the Chinese ice hockey league in 2010 . In 2012 he moved to China Dragon , the only Chinese club in the Asia League Ice Hockey , for which he played for five years. When the team was dissolved in 2017, he moved to the newly founded KRS Heilongjiang in the Wysschaja Hockey League . For KRS Heilongjiang he completed 18 games in the multinational league, in which he collected 3 scorer points.

International

For China , Yang Mingxi took part in the junior division of the 2010 and 2011 U20 World Championships in Division II.

In the senior division, the defender was in China's squad at the Division II World Championships in 2012 , 2013 , 2014 , 2015 , 2016 , 2017 , 2018 and 2019 . He also represented his colors in the Olympic qualification for the Winter Games in Pyeongchang 2018 .
