Yannis Letard (born August 18, 1998 in Saint-Herblain ) is a French football player .

Career

He started playing soccer in the youth team of EA Guingamp . After completing his first competitive games in the senior division for the second team of his home club, he moved to Germany for third division VfR Aalen in the summer of 2018 . It was there that he made his first professional appearance when he was in the starting line-up on July 28, 2018, the first matchday, in the 2-1 home defeat against SV Wehen Wiesbaden . After VfR Aalen's relegation, Letard moved to Swiss first division club FC St. Gallen in summer 2019 , with whom he signed a two-year contract with an option for another year.
