Jérémy Bruno Guillemenot (born January 6, 1998 in Geneva ) is a Swiss - French football player of Portuguese descent.
Career
Guillemenot started his career at Urania Genève Sport . In 2008 he joined the youth team at Servette FC . In November 2014 he was against FC Schaffhausen for the first time in the squad of the professionals of Servette.
He finally made his debut in the Challenge League in May 2015 when he came on as a substitute for Karim Gazzetta on matchday 34 of the 2014/15 season against FC Schaffhausen in the 76th minute . At the end of the season he was forced to relegate to the Promotion League with Servette . In August 2015, he scored his first goal in the third-highest Swiss league in a 2-0 win against the U-21 team of FC St. Gallen . At the end of the season he was able to climb back into the Challenge League with the Geneva team.
For the 2016/17 season he moved to Spain to FC Barcelona , where he was initially used in the U-19 team. With this he also took part in the UEFA Youth League that season , which reached the semi-finals.
In September 2016 he made his debut for the B-team of Barcelona in the Segunda División B , when he came on as a substitute for Jesús Alfaro on matchday four of the 2016/17 season in a 3-2 defeat against CD Alcoyano in the 72nd minute . In that game he also scored the goal to make it 2-2. With Barcelona B he rose to the end of the season in the Segunda División .
In September 2017, Guillemenot was awarded to third division club CE Sabadell . For Sabadell, he played 23 games in the third-highest Spanish division in the 2017/18 season, in which he scored one goal.
In July 2018 he moved to the Austrian Bundesliga club SK Rapid Wien , with whom he received a contract that ran until June 2019. After half a year at Rapid, he moved back to Switzerland to FC St. Gallen in January 2019, where he received a contract that ran until June 2021.
