Yogo package
Yogo Pausch (born November 8, 1954 as Helmut Pausch in Nuremberg ) is a German drummer and performance artist.
Life
Pausch studied drums at the Meistersinger Conservatory in Nuremberg with the aim of becoming a music teacher. In the early 1970s he played with the bands H2SO4 , Gebärväterli , but also in the big band of the Nuremberg Conservatory under Silvan Koopmann .
In the 1980s, for example, he could be heard with the NC Brown Blues Band , the world music formation Argile and the Thilo Wolf trio.
In the 1990s he switched to art and performance activities at the Czurda dance theater , got involved in the setting of radio plays and poems at the Erlangen Theater , the Fürth City Theater , the Red Stage and also educationally z. B. in the jazz workshops of the Fürth music school. In 1996 he went on tour as a sideman with Konstantin Wecker .
In the 2000s, Pausch often appeared together with the dialect trio Peterlesboum Revival Band , but also at the Wendelstein Jazz & Blues Open .
Package is a member of the jury for the Wolfram von Eschenbach Prize of the Middle Franconia district .
