Yves-Marie Péan
Yves-Marie Péan CSC (born May 25, 1954 in Pilate, Haiti ) is Bishop of Les Gonaïves .
Life
Yves-Marie Péan joined the religious order of the Congregation of the Holy Cross and was ordained a priest on October 16, 1983 .
Pope John Paul II appointed him coadjutor bishop of Les Gonaives on May 21, 2002 . The Archbishop of Cap-Haïtien , François Gayot SMM , donated him episcopal ordination on October 13 of the same year ; Co- consecrators were Emmanuel Constant , Bishop of Les Gonaïves, and Hubert Constant OMI , Bishop of Fort-Liberté .
After Emmanuel Constant's retirement , he succeeded him on July 30, 2003 in the office of Bishop of Les Gonaïves.
