Zábělčice

Zábělčice is an extinct village in the area of ​​the town of Golčův Jeníkov in the Czech Republic . It was destroyed during the Thirty Years' War and then merged with Golčův Jeníkov.

The Zábělčice fortress was probably abandoned after it was confiscated and left to decay. Von der Goltz transferred the rule to his wife Maria Magdalena, born in 1638. Opsensively called Roë. Between 1650 and 1653 von der Goltz had a new tower fortress built next to the desert fortress Staré opatství . The ruins of the Zábělčice fortress, then known as the Old Castle , were demolished in 1834–1836 to build a new brewery.
