Zachary Vinzale Brown (* 23. October 1989 in Beaufort , South Carolina ) is an American American football poker players in the National Football League (NFL). He played as the inside linebacker for the Tennessee Titans, the Buffalo Bills, the Philadelphia Eagles and the Washington Redskins .

college

Brown showed athletic talent early on and also showed outstanding performance in wrestling and athletics . He attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and successfully played college football for their team, the Tar Heels . In 47 games he was able to set a total of 381 tackles , 5.5 sacks and 7 interceptions .

NFL

Tennessee Titans

In the 2012 NFL Draft , Brown was selected in the second round as the 52nd player of the Tennessee Titans . He was able to establish himself immediately and was already used in all games in his rookie season , 14 times even as a starter . In the last game of the season against the Jacksonville Jaguars , he scored two touchdowns . Also in 2013 he showed consistently good performances, in 2014 the season was over for him after four games due to an injury. In 2015 he fought his way back into the team.

Buffalo Bills

In April, he signed with the Buffalo Bills one-year contract in the amount of 1.25 million US dollars . With his new team he had his best season so far with 145 tackles. For this performance he was appointed to the Pro Bowl .

Washington Redskins

In April 2017 Brown joined the Washington Redskins , where he a one-year contract 4.65 million US dollars signed. In his first season he was able to achieve 127 tackles and 2.5 sacks in thirteen games before he was out with a foot injury. In March 2018, the Redskins gave him a multi-year contract. In the 2018 season he achieved 96 tackles and one sack. He was released on March 13, 2019.

Philadelphia Eagles

In May 2019, Braun signed a $ 3 million one-year deal with the Philadelphia Eagles . He was released from the Philadelphia Eagles on October 15, 2019.

Arizona Cardinals

The Arizona Cardinals signed Brown on November 1, 2019, but released him five days later without his being used for the Cardinals.
