Zajko Zeba (born May 22, 1983 in Sarajevo , SFR Yugoslavia ) is a Bosnian football player who is currently under contract with FK Olimpik Sarajevo . His preferred position is midfield .
Career
He began his career as a youth player at Željezničar Sarajevo, but Zeba did not get a use for the first team. He then moved to FK Olimpik Sarajevo . Good games aroused the interest of stronger football teams from Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Zeba signed a contract with NK Brotnjo Čitluk . Zeba excelled here too, which led to Željezničar bringing him back on loan in 2004. But only after a few months did he move to HŠK Zrinjski Mostar . His first foreign club was the NK Maribor from Slovenia . He played in two different clubs from Russia each time he came back to Sarajevo. In the Premijer Liga he also played for FK Sloboda Tuzla , where he was also the captain.
In the summer of 2018 he actually ended his career after his guest appearance at FK Željezničar Sarajevo , but FK Olimpik Sarajevo signed him again in January 2019 .
