The Zdobnice (German Stiebnitz , on the upper course Haberbach ) is a right tributary of the Wild Adler (Czech Divoká Orlice ) in the Czech Republic .

course

The Zdobnice rises between the Velká Deštná ( Deschneyer Großkoppe , 1115 m nm) and the Jelenka ( Lotzenberg , 1083 m nm) on the ridge of the Eagle Mountains . At its upper reaches the brook initially flows east of the Maruša ( Maruscha , 1042 m nm) and west of the Koruna ( Kreiselberg , 1101 m nm) through the forests of the Eagle Mountains ridge to the south and takes in some smaller streams. From the desert of Anenská Huť and the settlement of Kamenec , the road II / 310 leads through the mountains of Lubný ( Karlslehne , 956 m nm), Vapenný vrch (952 m nm), Srázný (863 m nm) and Pláň (873 m nm) flanked valley. The brook Zdobnička and Zdobnice flows past Zdobnická Seč .

The middle course of the Zdobnice runs through a cut and wooded valley past the villages of Kunčina Ves, Souvlastní, Bělá, Zadní Ochoz, Přední Ochoz, Popelov, Přím, the castle ruins of Pěčín and Pěčín .

On its lower reaches, the Zdobnice takes a south-westerly direction and flows past Slatina nad Zdobnicí into the bottom of Čertův důl . Above the valley are the towns of Hradisko, Pekelec, Zakopanka and Libštejn. Then the Zdobnice valley widens; Passing Roští, Peklo, Helouska, Podřezov, Sebranice, Forberk and Zářečí, the stream reaches the town of Vamberk . Below Vamberk, the Zdobnice joins the Divoká Orlice after 34.2 km between Mníšek and Doudleby nad Orlicí . The catchment area of ​​the Zdobnice is 124.8 km². The average flow rate at the mouth is 1.95 m³ / s, with the water volume of a century flood it is 122 m³ / s. From Pěčín, the Doudleby – Vamberk – Rokytnice railway follows the stream.
