Zehenthöf is a village and a cadastral municipality in the Waldenstein municipality in the Gmünd district in Lower Austria .

Settlement development

At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there were a total of 9 building areas with 6,169 m² and 12 gardens on 8,462 m² in the cadastral community of Zehenthöf and these 9 building areas also existed in 1989/1990. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had grown to 35 and in 2009/2010 there were 23 buildings on 37 building areas.

Agriculture

The cadastral community is characterized by agriculture. 87 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of the year 1979/1980 and 15 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000 agriculture was carried out on 85 hectares and 16 hectares were designated as areas used for forestry. At the end of 2018, 84 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 16 hectares. The average soil climate of Zehenthöf is 26.2 (as of 2010).
