The Zeiger (also Zeigger ) is a 1995 m high summit in the Allgäu Alps .
Location and surroundings
It lies in the ridge that leads from the Großer and Kleiner Seekopf to the Wengenkopf and Nebelhorn . At the pointer the ridge branches off to the northwest, which leads to the Schattenberg and separates the Seealptal and Oytal from each other. To the southwest of the pointer lies the pointer saddle , over which the Höhenweg runs from the Edmund-Probst-Haus to the Prinz-Luitpold-Haus .
Ascent
There is no marked hiking trail leading to the pointer. It can be easily reached from the pointer saddle. The pointer is insignificant for tourists.
