Ziegelhof is a district of the community of Schwarzhofen in the Upper Palatinate district of Schwandorf ( Bavaria ).

Geographical location

Ziegelhof is located about two kilometers east of Schwarzhofen and one kilometer northwest of the state road 2398 near the Baslmühlbach, which rises here on the southern slope of the 493 meter high Krimlinghöhe and flows into the Schwarzach about five kilometers further west .

history

According to an ordinance of 1808, the district court of Neunburg vorm Wald was divided into 55 tax districts. Schwarzhofen formed a tax district with the villages of Klosterhäuser, Baslmühle and Ziegelhof. At that time, Ziegelhof had two properties.

As of March 23, 1913 (Easter), Ziegelhof was listed as part of the Schwarzhofen parish with 2 houses and 13 residents.
