Mallersdorf is a district of the community of Schwarzhofen in the Upper Palatinate district of Schwandorf in Bavaria .

Geographical location

The hamlet is located about 5 kilometers southwest of Schwarzhofen between the mountains Steinriegel and Bürschling in the middle of an extensive forest area on the western slope of a ridge that extends northeast of the Auerbach in a northwest - southeast direction between Schwarzach and Geratshofen . It is formed by the following mountains (from north to south): Stabberg (465 m), Herzogberg (516 m), Tannenberg (535 m), Buchenberg (526 m), Atlasberg (568 m), Steinriegel (541 m) and Bürschling (496 m).

history

Mallersdorf (also Neulinstorf (?), Neunlestorf (?), Mollerstorf ) was established in 1285 and 1326 Urbar mentioned.

In the draft registers for Mallersdorf in 1522, 1572 three teams were recorded, in 1661 after the end of the Thirty Years' War five teams.

In 1622 the place is listed with an estate, a sölde and two residents .

For the period from 1631 to 1762 Mallersdorf is always recorded together with the neighboring Geratshofen, so that only the sums for these two villages are available:

  • 1631: a farm, two estates, a house, a resident (Hütmann), 17 cattle and two pigs
  • 1661: a farm, two estates, a house, a resident (Hütmann), 19 cattle, three pigs and 5 goats
  • 1762: 7 properties, a neighboring house, a hut, 6 residents (including two day laborers and a guardian), 13 hearths

At the end of the 18th century there were three properties in Mallersdorf, one of which was landed in the Walderbach monastery .

According to an ordinance of 1808, the district court of Neunburg vorm Wald was divided into 55 tax districts. The tax district Grasdorf consisted of the localities Demeldorf , Geratshofen, Grasdorf , Höfen bei Grasdorf and Mallersdorf. At that time Mallersdorf had three properties and 23 residents.

In 1820 rural communities were formed. The rural community Demeldorf was created, which consisted of the villages of Demeldorf with 7 families, Geratshofen with 7 families, Grasdorf with 6 families, Höfen bei Grasdorf with three families and Mallersdorf with four families.

On March 23, 1913 (Easter), Mallersdorf was listed as part of the Schwarzhofen parish with 6 houses and 33 inhabitants. With the incorporation of the municipality of Demeldorf into the municipality of Schwarzhofen in 1960 Mallersdorf also got there. On December 31, 1990 the place had 50 inhabitants and belonged to the parish of Schwarzhofen.
