Haag bei Schwarzhofen is a district of the community of Schwarzhofen in the Upper Palatinate district of Schwandorf ( Bavaria ). Haag bei Schwarzhofen was initially just called Haag and only received the addition bei Schwarzhofen in 1926 .

Geographical location

Haag bei Schwarzhofen is located about three kilometers north of Schwarzhofen and 1.5 kilometers northeast of the state road 2040 between the See-Weiher-Bach and the Hundsbach, both of which flow into the Schwarzach about a kilometer further west . The Hundsbach rises west of Haag in the municipality wood, the See-Weiher-Bach east of Haag. Haag forms the northern border of the Neunburg granite massif , which extends over an area of ​​70 square kilometers to Schellhof in the east of Neunburg vorm Wald . Besides feldspar , quartz , biotite and muscovite , fluorspar , uranium and thorium are also contained in the Neunburg granite.

Haag (also: Hag) was listed in the draft registers 1522 and 1572 with 8 teams.

In 1622 there were four farms, four estates and one Sölde in Haag . In 1631 Haag belonged to the inner office of Neunburg vorm Wald and had four farms, three estates, a house, a resident (Hütmann), 80 cattle, 21 pigs, 79 sheep, 4 goats and 2 beehives. In 1661 after the end of the Thirty Years War , four farms, three estates, a house, two residents (a shepherd, a guardian), a horse, 51 cattle, 13 pigs, 64 sheep, 4 goats and 4 beehives belonged to the inner office of Neunburg and in Haag one estate, one horse, 11 cattle, 3 pigs and 18 sheep to the Walderbach monastery .

According to the hearth decision of 1762, Haag had 9 properties, a side house, a hut, 7 residents (including a keeper and a swineherd).

19th century to the present

According to an ordinance of 1808, the district court of Neunburg vorm Wald was divided into 55 tax districts. Haag near Schwarzhofen formed a tax district with the towns of Denglarn, Girnitz, Höfen near Uckersdorf, Krimling, Laubenhof, Raggau and Uckersdorf. At that time, Haag had 11 properties, 73 residents, a tailor and a weaver.

In 1820 rural communities were formed. The Haag rural community was created, consisting of the village of Haag with 11 families, the village of Krimling with 5 families and the village of Laubenhof with one family.

From 1830 to 1972, Haag near Schwarzhofen formed an independent municipality together with the towns of Denglarn, Krimling, Laubenhof and Raggau.

On March 23, 1913 (Easter), Haag was listed as part of the Schwarzhofen parish with 10 houses and 87 inhabitants.

On January 1, 1972, the municipality of Haag bei Schwarzhofen was incorporated into the municipality of Schwarzhofen.

On December 31, 1990, Haag had 48 residents and belonged to the parish of Schwarzhofen.
