Zvonko Stanojoski ( Macedonian Звонко Станојоски; born January 29, 1964 in Prilep ) is a North Macedonian chess player .

Life

The 10th Macedonian individual championship 2001 in Ohrid he was able to win; at the 11th Macedonian individual championship in 2002 in Gevgelija he was third. The Trofej Beograda , which is held annually in Obrenovac , he won in 2006 and 2007 in its 19th and 20th edition. Also in 2007 he won the open Macedonian individual championship in Struga .

In 1999 he became International Master , since February 2004 he has held the title of Grand Master . The norms for this he achieved in 1998 at the Open in Skopje , at the turn of the year 2001/02 at the Challengers tournament of the 77th Congress in Hastings and in 2003 at the international Pautalia Tours tournament ( category VII) of the chess club Osogovo Kyustendil in the Bulgarian Kyustendil , which he was unbeaten won with a lead of 10.5 out of 13 and 2.5 points. In February 2015 he was in seventh place in the Macedonian Elo ranking.

National team

With the Macedonian national team he took part in eight chess Olympiads between 1994 and 2010 with a total of 35 points from 59 games (+26 = 18-15). He also played for Macedonia at the European Team Championships in 1999, 2003, 2007, 2009, 2011 and 2013.

He plays club chess in Macedonia for SK Alkaloid Skopje , with whom he took part in the European Club Cup eight times . At the European Club Cup 2003 in Rethymno he received an individual bronze medal for his result of 4.5 out of 6 on the first reserve board. Previously played for Stefo Balto Struga's team , with whom he took part in the 1999 European Club Cup.
