Mario Lepe González (born 25 March 1965) is a retired Chilean footballer. He spent his entire career with Universidad Católica. He also represented the Chilean national side.

On 19th April 2012, Universidad Católica sacks Mario Lepe After Universidad Católicafailed to make the next stage of the Copa Libertadores, coach Mario Lepe has become the latest victim of poor performances by their team. [1]
