Çelikhan (formerly Komişir ) is a city and a district in the Turkish province of Adıyaman in southeastern Anatolia . The city of Çelikhan is home to around 54 percent of the district's population and is divided into nine mahalle (districts).

Çelikhan County is in the north of the province and borders on Malatya Province . In addition to the district town, it is divided into another small town ( Belediye ): Pınarbaşı (3349 inhabitants) and 20 villages (Köy) with an average of 202 inhabitants. Şerefhan (403 inhabitants) is the most populous.
