The women’s ÖHB Cup 2010/11 was the 24th staging of the Austrian indoor handball cup competition. The defending champions were the women from Hypo Niederösterreich , who also successfully defended the trophy in the final against the Hypo Niederösterreich II team.

Participating teams

Eligible for the ÖHB-Pokal were the eleven teams of Women Handball Austria (Hypo Niederösterreich did not take part in the championship because the team played in the Adria-Liga WRHL, but was represented in the cup), two teams of the second-rate handball Bundesliga women and seven Country representative. So there were 20 clubs playing for the 2010/11 cup. The matches were drawn from the first round, the lower class club had home rights.
