The ÖHB-Cup 2010/11 was the 24th edition of the men's handball cup competition. ULZ Schwaz was cup winner with a victory over UHK Krems .

Main rounds

1 round

Six representatives from the regional associations, ten teams from the Handball Bundesliga Austria and six teams from the Handball League Austria take part in the first round. The clubs lower in the league always had home rights; if two teams of the same class were drawn, the club drawn first had preference. Union sleasing St. Pölten , UHK Krems and Sportunion Edelweiß Linz received a bye.

The first round games took place from October 20th to November 10th, 2010. The winners of the individual games moved on to the second round.
