The 2012/13 ÖHB Cup was the 26th edition of the men's handball cup competition. The Fivers Margareten handball club won the cup with a win over Alpla HC Hard .
Main rounds
1 round
Six representatives from the regional associations, ten teams from the Handball Bundesliga Austria and eight teams from the Handball League Austria take part in the first round. The team drawn first always had home rights. The clubs lower in the league always had home rights; if two teams of the same class were drawn, the club drawn first had preference. HC Voitsberg , WAT Floridsdorf , HSG Raiffeisen Bärnbach / Köflach and handball club Fivers Margareten 1b were assigned a bye.
