Luca Raschle (born November 6, 1990 in St. Gallen , Switzerland ) is a handball player with Austrian and Swiss citizenship.
Career
Born in Vorarlberg, he began his active professional career at Alpla HC Hard , for which he was previously active in various youth leagues. With the "Devils from Lake Constance" he took part in qualifying for the EHF Champions League in 2012 , 2013 , 2014 and 2015 , but failed there due to the respective opponents. Due to this fact one was allowed to take part in the third round of the EHF-CUP qualification, but never got beyond this. In Austria he could with the HC Hard in the seasons 2011/12 , 2012/13 , 2013/14 , 2014/15 and 2016/17 respectively Austrian champions are and 2013/14 and 2017/18 the ÖHB Cup win. In the 2011/12 season, the outside player was named "Newcomer of the Year".
Although Raschle was born in St. Gallen, Switzerland, he played for the Austrian national team .
