The 2013/14 ÖHB Cup was the 27th edition of the men's handball cup competition. Cup winners were Alpla HC Hard with a victory over handball club Fivers Margareten .

Six representatives of the regional associations take part in the first round. The home team was always the first to be drawn. Union Leoben1b and Vöslauer HC got a bye .

2nd round

14 clubs took part in the 2nd round: the two top division teams, who finished 3rd and 4th in the HLA season 2012/13 , as well as all teams in the Handball Bundesliga Austria and the winners of the 1st round. First of all, opponents were drawn to the national league teams, then the remaining teams, with the lower division clubs having home rights.
