The ÖHB Cup 2009/10 was the 23rd edition of the men's handball cup competition. UHK Krems won the cup with a victory over the handball club Fivers Margareten .

Main rounds

1 round

Three representatives from the regional associations, five teams from the Handball Bundesliga Austria and three teams from the Handball League Austria took part in the first round. The clubs lower in the league always had home rights; if two teams of the same class were drawn, the club drawn first had preference.
