Šarūnas Šulskis (born November 26, 1972 in Kėdainiai ) is a Lithuanian chess player .

Since 1996 he has held the title of International Chess Grandmaster . In May 2001 he became the Lithuanian master in Kaunas . In March 2002 he won the International Goodricke Open in Kolkata , in July 2005 he won a tournament in Plungė, Lithuania .

Since 1994 he has participated in eight Chess Olympiads , and between 1997 and 2011 he represented Lithuania at five European team championships . He used to play club chess for Kaisė Vilnius , with whom he took part in the 1996 European Club Cup . He now plays in Lithuania for ŠK Margiris Kaunas , with whom he competed five times in the European Club Cup, and in Belgium for KSK 47 Eynatten , with whom he won the Belgian team in 2011 and 2014 . In Germany he has been playing for SV 03/25 Koblenz since 2012 .

In February 2015 he was in second place in the Lithuanian Elo ranking behind Eduardas Rozentalis .
