(13010) Germantitov is an asteroid of the main belt that was discovered on August 29, 1986 by the Ukrainian-Soviet astronomer Lyudmyla Shuravlowa at the Crimean Observatory ( IAU code 095) in Nautschnyj .
The asteroid was named on September 19, 2005 after the Soviet cosmonaut German Stepanowitsch Titow (1935–2000), who was the second person to orbit the earth with the spacecraft Vostok 2 .
