(32944) Gussalli is an asteroid of the main belt that was discovered on November 19, 1995 by the Italian astronomers Piero Sicoli and Francesco Manca at the Osservatorio Astronomico Sormano ( observatory code 587) in the Lombard foothills about 40 kilometers north of Milan near the town of Sormano in the province of Como was discovered.

The asteroid was named on July 24, 2002 after the Italian engineer and inventor Luigi Gussalli (1855–1950).
