(39558) Kishine is an asteroid of the main belt , which on 24 May 1992 the Japanese astronomer Tsutomu Seki at Geisei Observatory ( IAU code 372) in the prefecture of Kōchi was discovered.

The asteroid was named on March 21, 2008 after the Japanese physicist and amateur astronomer Junichiro Kishine .
