(9081) Hideakianno is an asteroid of the main belt , which on November 3, 1994 by Japanese astronomers Akimasa Nakamura at Kuma-Kōgen Observatory ( IAU code 360) Kumakogen in Ehime Prefecture was discovered.

The asteroid was named after the Japanese animator and film director Hideaki Anno (* 1960), who is responsible for several Japanese anime television series.
