13 in one go (original title: Happily Ever After: Fairy Tales for Every Child ) is an American fairy tale - animated series , which was produced between 1995 and 2000 in three seasons and first on HBO ran.
Production and broadcast
The series was produced in the United States . This resulted in 3 seasons with 13 episodes each, each dealing with a fairy tale in a modified form. Directed by Bruce W. Smith, and written by Gerard Brown and Doug Molitor. The series premiered on HBO from 1995 to 2000 .
The first broadcast in Germany took place on March 24, 1997 in the program block Ferienfieber on Das Erste . The cartoon series was later broadcast on KiKA . The German title is based on the phrase “seven struck at one stroke” from the fairy tale The Brave Little Tailor . The 13 describes the number of episodes or fairy tales per season. For the second season the title was chosen again 13 in one fell swoop in German.
