action

Ten years have passed after the gruesome murders of the Firefly family and the apparent deaths of the three remaining members, Baby, Otis and Captain Spaulding. Despite numerous gunshot wounds, all three fugitives survived and are now imprisoned. A kind of pop culture has developed around their people outside the prison cells and they seem very popular, especially among young people. While the death penalty imposed on Captain Spaulding is being carried out, Otis and fellow inmate Winslow manage to escape during a work assignment. They kill everyone present, including fellow inmate Rondo. Finally, the two fugitives forge the plan to help baby escape as well.

Meanwhile, a parole application for babies is refused, with prison director Virgil in particular assuming that her state of mind still poses great danger to her. An attempted murder of her by fellow inmates, caused by internal conflicts with the prison staff, fails. When Virgil returns from work that day, he finds that Otis and Winslow are holding his family and friends prisoner to force him to release Baby. The next day, with the help of Virgil, Baby manages to escape as agreed, but the three fugitives kill all of the hostages. On their first stop - a motel in which Baby kills another bystander - they decide to flee to Mexico because they believe they will go undetected there.

Having arrived in Mexico, the "3 from Hell", now dubbed by the press, decide to stay in a small town, because the nightly festival seems to offer a welcome change and fun. Otis, Winslow and Baby are enjoying the night, undreamed of by the threat posed by the hotel owner. He recognized them and notified a Mexican killer squad that wants to avenge the death of Rondo, father of the commando leader. The next morning the conflict erupts in the hungover village. Despite the clear superiority of the hit men, the "3 from Hell" succeed in repelling the attack, especially with the support of a small villager who seems to have fallen in love with Baby the previous night. After all of the killers' squad are killed, Otis, Winslow and Baby burn Rondo's son alive and flee the city.
