Via St. Cloud State University in the Western Collegiate Hockey Association , his path led him to the ECHL teams Florida Everblades , Victoria Salmon Kings , Gwinnett Gladiators , Reading Royals and the AHL team Lake Erie Monsters in Europe in the Finnish elite league SM- liiga .
