The series of publications on German and European commercial and economic law ( AHW ) has been published by Carl Heymanns Verlag in Cologne since 1970 . They were founded by Götz Hueck , Marcus Lutter and Wolfgang Zöllner . The papers are being edited today by Peter Hommelhoff , Ulrich Noack and Marc-Philippe Weller .
The AHW act as a form of publication for monographs on corporate law. The focus is on corporate law, but without excluding related areas.
