Achievo Corporation is a global provider of software - and IT services - outsourcing in a combined onsite / offshore model.

Achievo provides software development, quality assurance and testing services to commercial and government organizations , as well as business process outsourcing, software conversion, IT consultancy, product design , consulting and others. Achievo Corporation is on the "Global Outsourcing 100" list compiled annually by the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP) (first in 2007, at number 100, 2008 at number 88). In 2007, outsourcing consultant Brown-Wilson named Achievo second among the “best Chinese” IT outsourcers.

Achievo Germany AG

The Achievo Germany AG was founded in 2005, founded in 1996 ICS Software GmbH (conversion into a corporation in 2001). The German headquarters are in Böblingen . The management consists of Wolfgang Zhang - President, Ling Zhang-Xiao - Senior Vice President (Marketing and Administration), Michael Rank - Vice President (Sales and Business Development) and Thomas Harer - Vice President (Professional Services). The Achievo Deutschland AG supervisory board consists of Bernd Hauk (chairman), Thomas M. Schünemann and Franz A. Weisbrich.

In 2006, the Ingolstadt IT service provider Inproware GmbH was bought by the Achievo Corporation and integrated into the corporate structure of Achievo Deutschland AG in the following year in the form of Achievo Inproware GmbH .

The Achievo Inproware GmbH filed for bankruptcy in January 2010, the insolvency proceedings were opened by the Ingolstadt District Court on March 31, 2010. The file number of the insolvency proceedings is IN 31/10 .
